Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of our ready-to-deploy software products and related digital services. Nothing in this Policy limits your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Where local consumer protection laws grant you additional or non-waivable rights, the higher level of protection will apply.
If you purchase through Paddle (our authorised reseller / Merchant of Record), your transaction is also subject to Paddle’s Refund Policy. Where this Policy and Paddle’s policy both apply, the terms that provide you with the greater protection will prevail, and refunds may be handled through Paddle as described below.
1. 14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of your purchase (transaction date), provided the software has not been activated and a license key has not been generated and delivered.
Activated / Delivered: Due to the digital nature of software products, once a license key has been generated and delivered, or the software has been successfully activated, refunds are generally not available, except where required by applicable law (including rights relating to products that are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose).
Refund requests submitted after this 14-day period may still be considered where required by applicable law, or on a discretionary basis.
2. How to Request a Refund
Purchases made via Paddle: Please request a refund through Paddle using the support / “Request refund” options in your receipt, billing page, or at paddle.net. You may also contact us at manager@e-glit.com and we will assist in coordinating with Paddle.
Other purchases: Email manager@e-glit.com with your order number, date of purchase, and reason for the refund. We will review and respond within five (5) business days.
If eligible, refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible, typically within fourteen (14) days after the request is approved. If you receive a refund, access to the relevant product will cease.
3. Technical or Product Defects
If you experience persistent technical issues or a material defect that prevents you from using the product as described, please contact us first at manager@e-glit.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue. Where the issue cannot be resolved, a refund will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and, for Paddle transactions, Paddle’s Refund Policy.
4. Custom Software Development Services
Custom software development projects that are contracted and billed separately (outside standard product checkout) are governed by the applicable project contract. Milestone work that has been completed and accepted is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or as otherwise agreed in writing. Any unused prepayment will be handled as set out in the project contract.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Updates will be published on this page.
